Talk to sales
Starter, Pro and Advanced are self-service and their prices are on the pricing page. Enterprise is a conversation, because its seats, limits and approval policies are set per company.
The link opens your mail client with the subject line filled in. Enterprise is quoted per company, so no figure is shown on this page.
About prices, plainly
Starter, Pro and Advanced are priced on the pricing page and you can buy them without talking to anyone. Enterprise is not priced there, because its seats, connectors, approval policies and model-usage allowance are set per company and a published figure would misrepresent the contract you would actually sign.
What a conversation settles is the shape of the plan: how many seats, which connectors, how many automations, which model routes, and what the monthly model-usage allowance has to be for the volume you describe.
What to put in the message
- Seats: how many people, and how many of them approve actions rather than only read.
- The connectors you need on day one — Gmail or SMTP/IMAP, Google Calendar, HubSpot, Slack, and the signed inbound door your own systems deliver to.
- Roughly how much work per month: messages handled, invoices issued, automations on a schedule.
- Approval rules you must keep, including who may approve outgoing mail, payments and deletions.
- Any requirement that has to be settled in writing, such as where data is stored or which legal entity signs.
What Enterprise adds
Enterprise sits above Advanced in the same plan system, so it includes every feature Advanced includes: custom roles, approval policies, and the premium model route for tasks that explicitly escalate. Its seat count is uncapped, and its connector, automation and model-usage ceilings are the highest of the four plans. A company whose shape fits none of the four is stored as its own configuration rather than written into the code.
Limits behave the same way on every plan: they are enforced on the server before a model call, and an administrator raising one leaves an audit record of who did it and why. That does not change for a larger account.
Before you write
If what you actually want is to see the product work, Book a demo instead — it is the same address with a different subject line. If your question is about what a screen does, the feature list answers most of it, and Pricing describes what each plan includes today.
Questions people ask
Can I get a quotation today?
For Starter, Pro or Advanced you do not need one — the prices are on the pricing page and you can start from there. For Enterprise, send the list below and you get a written quotation for your own seat count and limits.
Can we start on a smaller plan and move up?
Yes. Plans change through the billing portal, and entitlements follow the subscription's state.
