Home › Features

Every feature, grouped the way you will use it

This page mirrors the application's own navigation, item for item. If a feature is listed here it has a working page behind it; where a plan or a connection is required, the product says so instead of showing a dead screen.

Every account starts with a five-day trial. No card to start; prices are on the pricing page.

Overview

Dashboard

Customers, deals, open tickets, tasks and this period's spend at a glance — every number computed from your records, not estimated.

Assistant Chat

Ask in plain language; get an answer and, when it fits, one proposed action with a preview. Read-only lookups run at once; everything else waits for you.

Ask AOFON

The same request, built rather than typed: choose what you want done, see the exact preview of what would happen — who it reaches, what it costs, which system carries it — and approve it or not.

Sales

Customers

CRM records with history: who wrote, who answered, what was promised.

People

Everyone who has written to you, whether or not they are a customer yet, with the thread behind each name.

Deals

Deals with their stage and value; every move is an action the record keeps.

Sales Pipeline

The pipeline by stage and value, read from the same deal records rather than a second set of numbers.

Support

Tickets

States, priorities and respond-by deadlines, with an audit of every transition.

Inbox

What the Assistant found in your connected inboxes — who is waiting on you, which threads went quiet — and the replies it proposes for your approval.

Operations

Projects

Projects with their milestones and tasks in one place.

Milestones

Milestones across every project, with their dates and state.

Tasks

Tasks with assignees and due dates; the Assistant can add or update one on request, as a recorded action.

Calendar and Schedules

Recurring reviews and automations that the worker runs on time, in its own process.

Documents

Documents

Upload and read PDF, DOCX and XLSX files held in the workspace.

Invoices

Deterministic invoices — totals computed by code, not by a model — with issue, paid and void states and a PDF.

PDF / DOCX / XLSX

Generate office documents from company data. The file is built from records, so the numbers in it are the numbers in the workspace.

Automation

WorkflowsPro and above

Multi-step automations that pause for approval where the rules require it and can be continued or cancelled.

Scheduled AutomationsPro and above

The same automations on a schedule, run by the worker, under the same approval rules.

Actions and Approvals

Every proposed action with its risk class, preview, approval level and decision — the product's audit trail.

Activity

Everything the workspace asked AOFON to do and what came of it — and, for any one of them, why: what triggered it, what the policy said, who approved it, what the system answered, and which of your goals moved afterwards.

Knowledge

Company Knowledge

The facts the Assistant may rely on, written by you; retrieval is bounded per message.

Business Memory

What the company has told the Assistant about itself, including what the onboarding interview collected.

Web ResearchPro and above

Sourced research through the Assistant, with results fenced as data the model may quote but not obey.

Connections

Gmail

Read recent mail and draft replies; sending happens from your own address, after approval. Details

Google Calendar

Read availability and meetings, and propose scheduling as an approved action. Details

Google Contacts

Not built yet. Connecting Google does not bring contacts in; the row on Integrations says so, and nothing pretends otherwise.

HubSpotPro and above

Read and update contacts, companies and deals in HubSpot through the same previewed actions. Details

SlackPro and above

Notifications about work that needs a decision, and approvals in the channel your team already uses. Details

SMTP / IMAP

Any mailbox, by protocol, when you would rather not connect a provider's API.

Webhooks

AOFON accepts signed inbound business events: send an order, a lead or a payment from your own systems and the signature is verified, repeats are dropped and the work starts. Outbound delivery back to your systems is not built yet.

Stripe ConnectFinancial actions not available yet

Authorising and verifying a Stripe account for the workspace exists. Taking a payment, issuing a refund and issuing an invoice do not exist yet — AOFON refuses those actions by name rather than guessing or simulating them.

Workspace

Team

The people in the workspace and the teams they belong to.

Invitations

Invite a teammate and give them their role in the same step.

Roles and PoliciesAdvanced and above

Custom roles and approval policies, enforced by the server on every request rather than by hiding a menu.

Analytics

Sales, support and operations analytics, computed from your own records.

Usage and Costs

Model usage and cost by route, window and plan, per workspace.

Account

Subscription and Billing

Your plan, the limits that come with it, and your invoices; plan changes go through the billing portal. Plans

Settings

The company profile, locale and timezone the workspace works in — dates, currencies and schedules follow them.

Security

Active sessions, the approval policies in force, and the audit of what was approved and by whom. How security works

Questions people ask

Is every feature available on every plan?

No. Workflows, scheduled automations, HubSpot, Slack and web research start at Pro; custom roles and approval policies at Advanced. The product shows a lock with the reason rather than hiding the item.

Does a menu item ever lead to an unfinished page?

No. The navigation is generated from the same manifest the API serves, and a test checks that every path it names exists.

Is this list complete?

Yes. This page lists the same items as the product's feature manifest, and a test fails the build if the two ever differ.
