Your HubSpot, with an assistant that asks first
If HubSpot is where your contacts live, connect it and the Assistant looks them up and keeps them current there — each change planned, previewed and recorded. Deals and companies stay in AOFON's own CRM for now.
Every account starts with a five-day trial. No card to start; prices are on the pricing page.
What it reads and writes
- Reads: a contact, by email, for lookups and context.
- Writes: creates or updates that contact — an internal write, planned like every other action.
- Not yet: companies and deals. Those actions run against AOFON's own CRM, and the record says which system carried them.
Connecting
OAuth with HubSpot, state verified on the callback, tokens sealed at rest and owned by the workspace. Available on Pro and above.
Truthful status
Until connected, the Assistant says a HubSpot action needs a connection that is not there, and does nothing.
What is recorded
Every HubSpot write is previewed as the fields it changes, approved by a person with the right role, and recorded with the HubSpot object it touched. Reads are logged as reads. A rejected write changes nothing in HubSpot and is kept as a rejected action, so the record of what was almost done is as complete as the record of what was.
Questions people ask
Does it sync both ways continuously?
It reads and writes on request and in scheduled work; a continuous two-way sync is not part of this release and is not claimed here.
